Security Officer - Part-Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and management by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious activity, medical calls, and disturbances, and notify appropriate parties as required.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and security-related concerns.;
Control access through designated entry points by monitoring visitor traffic, verifying credentials when required, and directing individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with site policies.;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to site leadership, and assist with access keys, deliveries, and other tenant-related requests as assigned.
