Security Officer - Retail Patrol

Position: Security Officer - Full-Time Retail Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance issues, and report findings through required logs, radios, and/or other site communication methods;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and/or coordinating with local responders as directed by site procedures;
Control access to restricted areas as assigned, verify credentials when required, and assist with security-related screening and/or loss prevention support in accordance with post orders
