Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting medical, behavioral, and/or facility-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Control access by monitoring entrances, checking credentials when required, and/or directing visitors to approved check-in locations in accordance with site procedures.;
Complete detailed reports on patrol findings, incidents, and/or unusual activity, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
