Security Officer - Badge Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and tenants at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access to the property by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing sign-in logs, and directing visitors, deliveries, and contractors to approved destinations.;
Monitor entry points, alarms, and/or CCTV systems as assigned, reporting suspicious activity and conditions that may help to deter unauthorized access or property damage.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and communicating with onsite management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior and exterior areas, including parking areas and building perimeter, and report maintenance or security-related concerns per post orders.
