Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific policies and security-related procedures within a financial services location.;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or management as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, with working environments and conditions varying by site.;
Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
