You will welcome residents and guests, help manage access control, monitor cameras and alarms, and document security-related activity while supporting a culture built on teamwork, integrity, and reliability.

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal procedures and site-specific policies, assisting residents and guests with access-related questions and directions as needed.
• Control access to the property by screening visitors, issuing and tracking visitor authorizations, monitoring entry points, and maintaining accurate logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns per post orders and notifying management and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, intercoms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, report irregular activity, and deter unauthorized access.
• Complete required documentation including incident reports, shift activity logs, and pass-on notes, and communicate relevant information to incoming personnel and site contacts.

• 6+ months of security experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
