• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services for the assigned shift at a customer site.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to Account Manager or Operations Manager.
• Assist in managing uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles.
• Administer JSA’s and safety programs outlining site‑specific hazards, including vehicle/driving safety.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training and develop technical and professional skills.
• Maintain proper inventory and maintenance checklists for uniforms, equipment and vehicles.

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years paid unarmed or armed security experience in the last 3 years.
• Supervisor experience within the past 3 years.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be armed before applying.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, ramps or ladders occasionally, and stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
• License as required by state or local laws.
• Provide proof of vaccination and pass physical examinations as required.
• Background: suitable for the position and new hires.

• Pay rate: $28.00 per hour with additional benefits.
• Daily Pay and Weekly Pay options.
• Paid training and uniforms provided.
