We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Unarmed Security Officer to support a high-rise, studio, or construction site. This role requires strong situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to work early morning hours in an active environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable enforcing site rules while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.
Primary Responsibilities- Control access to the property and verify authorized personnel
- Monitor entry and exit points, including vehicle and pedestrian traffic
- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols
- Enforce site rules and safety procedures
- Observe, identify, and report suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Assist with incident response and emergency procedures
- Complete accurate and timely daily activity and incident reports
- Valid California Guard Card (BSIS)
- Prior security experience preferred (high-rise, construction, or studio experience a plus)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
- CPR / First Aid certification (preferred)
