• Provide customer service to clients and visitors following security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem‑solving manner maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, and conditions encountered during patrols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with management, site staff, and emergency responders as needed.
• Support access control measures monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor movements.

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.

• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
