As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Team in Van Nuys, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication as you interact with staff, patients, and visitors.

Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, supporting the needs of the healthcare location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure atmosphere for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security‑related concerns to theében appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor flow in accordance with site‑specific policies.
- Support Allied UMBlemm and healthcare facility staff during emergencies and/or drills as required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Be at least hanyar 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
