As an armed patrol officer, you will actively patrol and monitor a dynamic aerospace and defense location, deterring incidents through visible presence, conducting routine patrols, and providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter, including sensitive and restricted areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to deter unauthorized entry.
• Observe and report unusual activity or breaches following established protocols.
• Assist with emergency evacuations and other response procedures as directed.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of activities, incidents, and observations.
• Operate radios, surveillance systems, and alarm systems as necessary.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement to address security concerns specific to aerospace and defense.

Minimum Requirements

• Armed guard card or license required.
• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal driver policy.
• CPR or first aid certification preferred.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screening will be required as permitted by law.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
