• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues during patrols.
• Collaborate with facility staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns as they arise.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential disturbances within the location.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen will be required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
