Security Officer – Unarmed Bike Patrol PositionLocation: Los Angeles, CA
Position Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour
Job ScheduleWednesday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to deter potential security‑related concerns within the commercial real estate location.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
- Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as needed based on site protocols.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized individuals and/or activities.
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as required by site protocols.
- At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
- Ability to ride a bike is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
