Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Wednesday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to deter potential security‑related concerns within the commercial real estate location.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as needed based on site protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized individuals and/or activities.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as required by site protocols.

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• Ability to ride a bike is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
