Security Officer Los Angeles

Responsibilities

Security officer tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Monitors access control and checkpoints.
• Monitors the entrance of the property through surveillance.
• Identifies visitors and requests appropriate documents.
• Identifies potential security risks and notifies appropriate supervisors.
• Maintains a written log of all daily activities per shift.

• Be at least 18 years old or minimum age required by the State
• Must have a valid permanent California Guard Card
• Should possess great English communicating abilities, both written and oral
• Should be responsible, flexible and dependable
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Positive and confident professional image
• Be able to successfully complete all training required for the position
• Demonstrate an ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
• Must be drug free
