Job Description

We are looking for a security officer for an entry-level position. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, operate with complete integrity and respect, have manners, and be self‑aware of their actions. They must be able to work as a team, be hard‑working, self‑driven, and committed to the mission of the job. The ideal candidate will take their role as a security officer seriously, be punctual, presentable, and show excellent performance.

Any training on arrest and detention, medical, CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, military, is highly desirable. Patrolling on foot/golf cart, standing your ground toward 5150’s, transients, and prevention of theft from trespassers experience is highly desirable. Be alert, active, and have situational awareness.

Job Type: Entry Level: Full Time/Part time

Uniforms: Uniforms are provided by Dinasty Security. Consists of long/short sleeve shirt, wind‑breaker, pants, and company hat.

Equipment

• Duty Belt
• Handcuffs with handcuffs holder
• Flashlight with flashlight holder
• Tactical security boots or patrol shoes (black)
• Security Badge

Job Duties

• Access Control:
  Screen & Register all incoming visitors
• Perform hourly patrols Walking/Golf cart/Detex
• Secure/Guard facility and other designated areas on private property
• Observe:
  Remain alert, look out for any suspicious activity
• Report:
  Create Incident Reports and Notify management team of any incidents
• Log in/out visitors, vendors, contractors, construction companies
• Customer Service:
  Provide manners, and respect at all times.
• Able to work alone, and stand your ground.
• Situational awareness, and able to find solutions to problems quickly.
• Make sure all gates and locks are secured and locked
• Prevent trespassers from entering private property
• Communicate with the client for reports
• Report daily activity logs, Serious incident logs
• Protect and provide safety to the property
• Never give up!

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift 15‑20 lbs.
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Must pass pre‑employment background check.
• Reliable Transportation.

License: California Guard Card (REQUIRED) (Mandatory)

Education: At least High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience: Entry‑level positions available for those that are new to the security industry.
