JCW is looking for an experienced Chemist to join one of our clients in their Burbank, CA lab The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of 4 chemists who are testing samples using ICP-MS instrumentation.
Relocation is available for the right candidate.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the heavy metals team of chemists.
- Performs analysis using one or more of the following techniques: ICP-MS or other instrument in a timely fashion maintaining a high level of quality.
- Participates in relevant ISO QA/QC activities and documentation thereof.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ year experience in working within a laboratory that tests for heavy metals
- Must have experience with ICP-MS and ICP-OES
