About the OpportunityOur client is a publicly traded enterprise software company operating in the HR technology and workforce management industry, one of the fastest-growing software markets globally. Their platform delivers mission-critical SaaS solutions that power payroll, HR, talent management, and workforce operations for businesses at scale.
This is a career-defining Account Executive role designed for high-performing sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential, elite sales training, and direct access to C-suite decision-makers.
What You ll Do- Drive net-new business acquisition across mid-market to enterprise accounts
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
- Prospect and develop accounts with 50+ employees within your assigned territory
- Maintain a strong pipeline through in-person meetings and strategic outreach
- Close new business and support clients through the go-live phase
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of a complex, enterprise SaaS platform
- Travel up to 25% (including overnight travel when required)
- Base + supplemental pay: $100,000 total
- Uncapped commission
- 1st-year OTE: $180,000
- 2nd-year OTE: $412,000
- Top 15% performers: $800K–$1M+ annually
