Responsibilities
  • Generate monthly sales through outbound cold calling and lead generation
  • Prepare sales documentation and collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Project Management teams
  • Assist customers digitally via Chat to complete transactions using the web portal
  • Manage multiple chat sessions to support sales customers with order entry and inquiries
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while maintaining a high customer experience score
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a longer sales cycle and demonstrate strong product knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Excel and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Wireless/mobile sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and maintain high close ratios
  • Experience in consulting with business customers and soliciting referrals
