Location: Los Angeles County (Ventura to Northeastern LA)

Compensation: $85K+ Year 1 | $100K-$125K+ Year 2

We're experiencing explosive growth! In the past few months, we've expanded from a $2M to a projected $5M annual business through strategic territory acquisitions. Our coverage area now spans 4.6 million people from the Pacific Ocean to Highway 57, including San Fernando Valley, Redondo Beach, Ventura, and Northeastern Los Angeles.

With strong corporate finance leadership and a proven sales system, we're ready to add talented sales professionals to our winning team.

The Opportunity

Join a high performing team where performers are already thriving. We provide 3 pre-qualified appointments daily from our substantial lead investment. You focus on what you do best building relationships and closing deals.

What Success Looks Like:
  • 50-60 appointments per month (company-provided)
  • 25% close rate achievable with our proven system
Earnings Potential:
  • Year 1: $85,000+
  • Year 2: $100,000-$125,000+
Must-Haves:

Consultative selling skills - Help homeowners visualize possibilities for their property

Tenacity - Follow through on every opportunity

Punctuality & reliability - Show up prepared for every appointment

Solution-oriented mindset - Focus on customer needs, not just closing

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Meet with 3 pre-qualified homeowners daily (appointments provided)
  • Conduct on-site consultations and property assessments
  • Create detailed estimates and follow up with customers
  • Build long term relationships that generate referrals

No fencing experience required - we value sales ability, work ethic, and customer relationship skills above industry knowledge.
