Responsibilities

This is a full-time role located within the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The In-Home Design Consultant will meet with clients to assess their needs, create customized design solutions, and provide expert recommendations for bath renovations.

Responsibilities include:

  • In-home consultations and needs assessment
  • Developing design plans and presenting solutions
  • Collaborating with clients to finalize designs
  • Supporting the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
  • Home improvement salesperson license (or willingness to obtain one after job offer)
  • Driven, outgoing, autonomous
  • Proven proficiency in sales and customer service with ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and project goals
  • Proficiency with Apple products (iPad/iPhone)
  • Experience in home renovation or related industries is an advantage
