ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time role located within the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The In-Home Design Consultant will meet with clients to assess their needs, create customized design solutions, and provide expert recommendations for bath renovations.
Responsibilities include:
- In-home consultations and needs assessment
- Developing design plans and presenting solutions
- Collaborating with clients to finalize designs
- Supporting the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Home improvement salesperson license (or willingness to obtain one after job offer)
- Driven, outgoing, autonomous
- Proven proficiency in sales and customer service with ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and project goals
- Proficiency with Apple products (iPad/iPhone)
- Experience in home renovation or related industries is an advantage
- Reimbursement for mileage
- W-2 position with medical, dental, vision, and 401k after 90 days
- Provided iPad/iPhone/samples/branded polos/business cards
