Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to support our sales team and help manage client relationships. Overview

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to support our sales team and help manage client relationships. This is an entry-to-mid-level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales, account management, or financial services. You’ll work closely with senior account executives to support deal flow, coordinate internally, and ensure a strong client experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior Account Executives in managing client and partner relationships
  • Assist with outbound outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification
  • Coordinate with internal teams to move accounts and transactions forward
  • Track client activity, pipelines, and updates in CRM systems
  • Prepare proposals, scenarios, and supporting documentation as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with clients
  • Provide responsive, high-quality customer service throughout the process
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, customer service, or financial services is a plus but not required
