As an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector, you will deliver trusted, award‑winning pest protection services to homeowners. You will build relationships, make strategic recommendations and drive sales in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Interpret Orkin’s termite protection services, perform 360‑degree inspections, and recommend solutions that protect families. Build trust and achieve sales goals through prospecting, appointment setting, and consultative selling.

• Serve as an empathetic problem solver, using training to recommend the best pest solution.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing questions and setting expectations.
• Use the iPad we provide to prepare sales agreements and organize job details.

• Competitive earnings from $60,000 to $100,000 per year plus a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment.
• During the initial 90‑day training period, pay is $23 per hour; after licensure, compensation transitions to a base salary plus commission.
