• Represent USI at trade shows, seminars, and networking events.

• 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience in insurance brokerage or carrier.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and HR community presence.
• Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Goal‑oriented with executive presence.
• College degree; insurance licensing preferred.
