Inside Sales Agent We are looking for motivated professionals who want to learn to grow a commercial real estate career from the inside out while earning rewarding commissions and building a strong foundation for future production. In this opportunity, you will learn how to connect with inbound and outbound prospects, evaluate investor interest, identify property opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for senior advisors. You will strengthen communication, research, and lead development skills while gaining direct exposure to the commercial real estate market and the daily activities that support consistent production. Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
Qualifications
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Real Estate license required
  • License is required in order to earn commissions
Compensation

Compensation: $150,000 per year
