What Do We Seek
- Customer Success Representatives to support our restaurant and hospitality industry clients using our Restaurant Management System Software, eatOS. They will also conduct outbound sales as the initial contact for prospecting clients for our inside sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle product and service inquiries by obtaining relevant information.
- Communicate directly with customers via phone or electronically.
- Provide remote support to customers.
- Create customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Make outbound sales calls and schedule demos for inside sales.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Record inquiry details and maintain customer database.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
Requirements
- Previous documented SaaS experience.
- At least 1 year in customer-facing roles (Customer Service or Success).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, Basecamp, Time Doctor, Google Drive.
- Customer-focused service skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Track record of closing deals.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
Plus If You Have
- Experience in SaaS, restaurant, hospitality, or food service industries.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Start-up experience.
