Director of Sales – West

Co-founded by Katy Perry and award‑winning distiller Morgan McLachlan, De Soi is leading the next era of celebration with a new kind of functional beverage—one that delivers flavor, balance, and presence without alcohol.

We’re part of the fastest‑growing movement in beverage: premium, non‑alcoholic, functional drinks. Consumers are rethinking their relationship with alcohol and seeking options that fit their wellness‑focused lifestyles—and De Soi is at the forefront.

Our products have been featured in Vogue, Forbes, and The New York Times and are now distributed nationwide through Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. We’re scaling quickly and looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial sales leader to help us grow across the Western U.S.

The Director of Sales – West will drive sales performance, expand distribution, and deepen retailer and distributor relationships across all markets from the Mountain Time Zone to Hawaii. This leader will design and execute growth strategies across grocery, natural, conventional, specialty retail, and on‑premise channels—representing one of the most exciting brands in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales across your region to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution goals.
  • Build and execute retail and on-premise growth strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strengthen relationships with distributors and key chain accounts to drive execution.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to bring trade programs, activations, and events to life.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasting, and promotional spend to maximize ROI.
  • Represent De Soi at trade shows, events, and key industry gatherings.
  • Develop and manage regional team members and broker networks as we scale.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of beverage sales leadership (non‑alc, functional, or CPG strongly preferred).
  • Proven success scaling an emerging brand through distribution and velocity growth.
  • Strong distributor and retail relationships across the Western U.S.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and hands‑on execution ability.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time.
