Responsibilities- Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively promote service offerings.
- Create high-quality written content for newsletters, emails, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate information about service updates.
- Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Engage in customer feedback processes to better understand their needs and improve service clarity.
- Design and maintain visual assets that enhance audience engagement with service materials.
- Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in communication roles, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating communication effectiveness through data.
