The Roofer Bros is a licensed, insured home improvement company specializing in roofing, gutters, HVAC, and attic insulation. We’re growing fast and looking for motivated people who want to build a career in sales – no roofing experience required. We’ll train you in everything you need to know.

• Meet with homeowners who have requested estimates.
• Learn our proven presentation system and follow up with potential customers.
• Represent our company in a professional and friendly way.
• Work closely with team captains and managers to hit weekly goals.

• $18–$22/hour starting pay (depending on experience).
• Bonuses for each job sold (opportunity to make up to $100k/year).

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person.
