Account Executive, CoStar Data & Analytics – Century City, CA
CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. We are NASDAQ-listed and part of the S&P 500 and NASDAQ 100. This role focuses on selling new business and growing an existing client portfolio using CoStar products.
Key Responsibilities- Sell New Business:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting the value of our products to the commercial real estate industry and beyond. - Account Management:
Effectively manage and expand your portfolio of clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and growth with tailored solutions. - End-to-End Sales Process:
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing, onboarding, training, and renewing clients. - Building Relationships:
Conduct in-person meetings and deliver product demos to brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and other CRE professionals. - Brand Ambassador:
Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate long-term relationships and a professional network.
- 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and experience in client management and post-sale activities.
- Current and valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record check prior to start.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment selling data, research, and analytic platforms or related areas.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Interest in the CRE market and willingness to develop expertise in CoStar’s product suite.
- Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities; customer-satisfaction focus.
- Ambitious, adaptable, engaging, curious, and customer-centric.

Pay and SponsorshipThis position offers a base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, with an uncapped commission plan and generous benefits. We welcome all qualified candidates eligible to work full-time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
