Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time ARC Ticketing Specialist to join our team. This is an on-site role based in Muscat. The successful candidate will be responsible for ticket sales, managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and handling inquiries. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team to promote and sell services effectively.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and relevant software
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
- Prior experience in the travel or ticketing industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage
