Overview: Shaka Wear is a streetwear brand founded in the Los Angeles area that is globally recognized. We specialize in attire that consists of heavier fabric and longer lasting color. Within the hip-hop and skateboarder communities, we are considered the best in the industry. Currently we are seeking an Outside Sales Rep (OSR).

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with potential and current customers to drive sales.

Create opportunities for face-to-face interactions to present and demonstrate Shaka products, while highlighting key features and benefits.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.

Visit customers at their offices, conferences, trade shows (when necessary), and other industry events.

Effectively manage assigned sales territories and ensure consistent coverage.

Consistently communicate with customers to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, address customer questions, and resolve concerns.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

Track sales activities and performance metrics to analyze results and identify areas for improvement.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Ensure all communication with new or existing customers is logged into a CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align and strengthen sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in effective sales strategies, preferably in the apparel industry.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Reliable transportation required.
