Junior Account Executive

Thrive Los Angeles is a fast-growing outsourced sales company specializing in B2B sales strategies tailored to small businesses on behalf of our clients. We use data-driven insights and cutting-edge tools to help our team consistently deliver results for our clients, which is driving further expansion.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing accounts, driving revenue for small to mid-sized business accounts. You'll build client relationships and offer tailored sales solutions in a high-performance environment.

• Sales Strategy: Develop account acquisition and management through business-to-business sales.
• Client Relationships: Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships within a given territory.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Present sales pitches and product demonstrations to prospective accounts.
• Prospecting & Closing: Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting new leads to successfully closing deals and driving new revenue.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in our CRM systems.

• Ambition & Drive: A strong desire to succeed, learn, and grow within a fast-paced sales environment. You’re eager to take on challenges and have the motivation to exceed sales targets.
