This Entry-Level Account Executive role is designed for an individual looking to start a professional career in sales, client engagement, and campaign execution, with clear exposure to how customer-facing accounts are developed and supported.

You’ll be working on behalf of a leading U.S. provider of internet, mobile, TV, and connectivity services, supporting promotional campaigns aimed at residential customers and small businesses. The focus of the role is learning how customer relationships are built, how services are positioned, and how accounts are supported through clear communication and consistent follow-up.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role that blends sales fundamentals with promotional support and account coordination.

What the Role Involves

As an Entry Level Account Executive, you’ll be involved in:

  • Supporting sales and promotional campaigns in customer-facing locations
  • Introducing customers to internet, mobile, and home connectivity services
  • Explaining service options, bundles, and promotions clearly and accurately
  • Building rapport with customers and identifying their service needs
  • Supporting the account setup process by gathering and verifying information
  • Maintaining professional standards while representing the brand
  • Working closely with senior team members to learn account management fundamentals
