Overview

We are seeking a Partnerships & Referrals Coordinator to drive client growth through referrals and partner networks. This role focuses on building strong relationships with current clients, sister brands, and strategic partners to increase referral-based business. The Partnerships & Referrals Coordinator will manage communication, follow-up, and tracking of referral opportunities to ensure a consistent pipeline of new clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a structured referral program that encourages current clients to refer new business
  • Actively engage with existing clients and sister brands to identify referral opportunities
  • Maintain strong communication with referral partners, affiliates, and business networks
  • Track all referrals and leads in Hub Spot CRM, providing accurate reporting on referral outcomes
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns, appreciation programs, and partner touchpoints to maximize referral engagement
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design referral incentives, communications, and co-branded initiatives
  • Ensure all referral opportunities receive timely follow-up and are passed smoothly into the sales pipeline
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on referral performance and growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, account coordination, or customer success
  • Proven ability to generate business through referrals or partner relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with executives, clients, and partners
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and relationship management skills
  • Prior experience in professional services, healthcare, or B2B referrals is a plus
