PositionPart‑time Sales Associate supporting the General Manager (GM) in achieving studio sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
Job Requirements- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal‑oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills in person, phone, and email
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Availability for occasional travel and special events as needed
- Execute the full sales process: lead generation, follow‑up, and closing the sale
- Meet and exceed sales goals set by the GM
- Conduct studio tours with prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales
- Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing
- Emphasize and enforce the studio’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- Participate in community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, etc.) to promote the studio
- Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting studio environment
- Hourly wage of $18–$19 plus commission on sales
- Opportunity for growth within the studios, including additional sales and management positions
