What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile
  • Implement effective sales strategies to maintain and grow existing customer portfolios
  • Maintain bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records to report progress to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, products, and risk management profiles
  • High school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferred
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of state and federal regulations related to insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with accounting or sales-related software is helpful
