Step into the role of Off-Premise Catering Sales Manager with Wolfgang Puck Catering and help expand our world-renowned brand across the Los Angeles market. This dynamic position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who loves building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and bringing memorable events to life. You’ll represent a hospitality icon while driving growth behind our offsite events and partnerships, all within a collaborative, creative, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, partnerships, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Secure and close offsite event bookings, including corporate, social, and branded hospitality experiences.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, driving measurable results and contributing to team goals.
- Build tailored proposals and contracts that reflect client needs and Wolfgang Puck’s premium standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, planners, venue partners, and community collaborators.
- Identify and pursue new revenue channels and partnerships to drive growth across Southern California.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to enhance visibility.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional client experience.
- Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, pipeline, and sales activity in CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in off-premise catering, hospitality, events, or B2B environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and closing high-value opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop new client relationships and achieve sales goals.
- Motivated, organized, and proactive with the support of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
- A polished, professional presence with a passion for hospitality and creativity.
