Whitley Recruiting Partners (WRP) is recruiting 7 Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to work for a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that has raised over $200m in Venture Capital funding and is offering equity, a $46k starting salary, and a year one On-Target-Earning (OTE) of $70k-$110k / year.
Our client's revenue has grown 100% year-over-year in both 2023 and 2024 so this is a unique opportunity to earn valuable equity in a company determined and destined to sell to an acquirer in the medium-term future.
Start date is 2/20/26 and all applicants must be available to start full-time, 5 days/week on 2/20/26. In-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
SDR's will make 70 outbound cold-calls per day and be paired with a single Account Executive to establish new business pipeline in an assigned territory. SDR's will receive excellent training during a 1 month 'bootcamp' and have the opportunity to make $2k-$7k per month in performance bonuses. In addition to performance bonuses, SDR's will make $2k-$5k in monthly commission. The target earning (OTE) will increase from $70k to $110k over the first 12-18 months.
Our client has promoted 15 SDRs into AE roles in the last 12 months and has a leading quota attainment percentage across all SaaS companies in the US.
Office requirement are 3 days/week in-office in Sawtelle, Los Angeles on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Mondays and Fridays are fully-remote.
