About the job B2B Wholesale Vendor Director
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a vendor team of up to 40 members.
- Develop and implement strategies for vendor acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate account management and client support to balance service excellence with sales growth.
- Identify and manage B2B sales prospects to expand vendor networks and increase market share.
- Collaborate closely with global teams, including those based in Korea and China.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to promote professional development.
- 7+ years of relevant experience managing B2B wholesale vendor relationships, preferably within fashion accessories, jewelry, or related industries.
- Fluency in Korean and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership experience managing large teams and cross-functional global collaboration.
- Demonstrated skills in account management, client support, and sales coordination.
- Track record of successfully developing and executing vendor acquisition and retention strategies.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Etsy and Amazon is highly desirable.
- Experience or knowledge related to the Java software development market is a plus.
