Kinsa is recruiting for a National Sales Manager
. Our client is a prominent player in the seafood industry, specializing in B2B sales of seafood, protein, and frozen foods tailored for food service. As part of their strategic growth, they are expanding their sales team to better serve their national and food service clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to build upon existing relationships and develop new accounts, contributing directly to the company's ongoing success in the competitive seafood market.
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
- Bonus Package: 25% annual bonus tied to KPIs
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in seafood, protein, or frozen foods within the food service industry.
- Deep knowledge of seafood products such as squid, sardines, mackerel, and anchovies, including seasonal availability and packaging styles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, presentation software, and order entry platforms (ERP or CRM preferred).
- Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain customer relationships.
