Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to create and implement a sales strategy for the da Vinci® Surgical System
  • Train surgical teams and assist with the integration of the robotic system into operating rooms
  • Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across various surgical specialties
  • Drive user adoption and expansion by working with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities and expense reporting
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed

  • Proven record of success in sales
  • Strong ambition and exceptional work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
