In the context of our geographical business expansion, we are looking for an independent sales representative to join our team on a 1099 basis. This role is perfect for a self‑motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional with a proven track record in selling dermocosmetics products. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory, leveraging networking events and innovative outreach strategies.
  • Sales & Relationship Management: Engage directly with HCPs, present tailored solutions, and build long‑term relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Expertise & Demonstrations: Develop a deep understanding of TEOXANE Dermocosmetics; conduct in‑person or virtual product demonstrations and educational sessions to highlight features, benefits, and usage best practices.
  • Pipeline Management: Independently manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through closing deals, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.
  • Market & Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes; provide feedback to shape marketing strategies and product development.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies; maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience in Dermocosmetics: Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self‑Motivated & Independent: Ability to work autonomously as a 1099 independent contractor; highly driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
  • Excellent Communication

    Skills:

    Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex product information accessibly.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the aesthetics market and dermocosmetics.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    Capable of managing a dynamic sales pipeline and multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
