The Sales Manager role is responsible for bringing Chowbus' POS system to local and regional restaurants. This role focuses on prospecting, building relationships, leading the sales cycle, and closing partnerships while promoting the Chowbus brand. The manager will understand restaurant needs and develop customized technology solutions to help them thrive.
What You'll Focus On- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and position Chowbus’ restaurant technology in the market.
- Research and qualify prospects that fit Chowbus’ platform.
- Engage in regular outbound prospecting via cold visits, calling, email, marketing campaigns, and other avenues.
- Conduct demos and develop solutions that meet prospects’ needs.
- Achieve assigned KPIs and goals, including daily outreach quotas and new partner onboardings.
- Manage sales activities and results using Chowbus’ CRM tool.
- Partner with the regional team to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met during product delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong ability to sell and upsell products.
- Adaptability to ever-changing environments.
- Quick learning of new technologies.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Google Apps.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
- 1 year of relevant experience (highly preferred).
- Bilingual in Chinese (preferred).

The salary for this role is $50,000-$80,000 plus sales commission, depending on experience.
