• Engage with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to educate clients about solar energy benefits.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and local incentives to provide expert advice.
• Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sustainability and clean energy.
• High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Compensation: $100.00 - $10,000.00 per week
