Job Overview

ABC Legal Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to drive high-value client acquisition and long-term enterprise growth. This role is designed for a pure Enterprise hunter who can land complex organizations, retain strategic relationships, and scale accounts over time.

You will own the full Enterprise sales motion—
Land, Retain, Scale
—serving as a strategic partner to clients while aligning their operational needs with ABC Legal’s long-term vision. This role requires comfort selling into multi-stakeholder environments, navigating longer sales cycles, and expanding enterprise relationships beyond the initial win.

Core Responsibilities (Land Retain Scale) Land
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise-level B2B clients through disciplined outbound and inbound efforts
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with senior decision-makers
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, approvals, and use cases
Retain
  • Establish strong executive-level relationships built on trust, credibility, and results
  • Partner with onboarding and account management teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Maintain ownership of the client relationship post-close to ensure long-term satisfaction
Scale
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
  • Drive additional service adoption and increased volume through strategic account planning
  • Position ABC Legal as a long-term partner rather than a point solution
Operational Excellence
  • Build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in Hub Spot (or equivalent)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a white-glove client experience
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Enterprise or complex B2B sales experience (services, SaaS, or solution-based selling preferred)
  • Demonstrated success landing and expanding large, multi-location or multi-stakeholder accounts
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic, consultative mindset focused on long-term value creation
  • Self-directed, disciplined, and performance-driven
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Hub Spot preferred)
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience selling legal services, professional services, or SaaS platforms
  • Background working with law firms, corporate legal departments, or regulated industries
  • Proven success managing multi-location, multi-state, or national accounts
  • Familiarity with land-and-expand sales motions in enterprise environments
  • Ability to translate operational pain points into strategic solutions
  • Strong account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
