What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute account strategies aimed at long-term profitable growth
  • Maintain and grow existing business while developing sales plans and strategies
  • Create and nurture consultative relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts
  • Collaborate with field sales teams and internal groups to promote sales goals and initiatives
  • Manage the sales presentation and complete Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for new and existing contracts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or clinical-related field
  • At least 7 years of direct sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to engage with senior management or C-suite to influence decisions
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
