- Maintain and grow existing business while developing sales plans and strategies

- Collaborate with field sales teams and internal groups to promote sales goals and initiatives
- Manage the sales presentation and complete Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for new and existing contracts
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or clinical-related field
- At least 7 years of direct sales and/or account management experience in the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to engage with senior management or C-suite to influence decisions
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions to complex problems
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
