Entry Level Infusion Sales

Overview

This is an entry level position for recent college graduate looking to get into medical sales. This position will cover the Los Angeles south including beach cities. The medical Infusion Sales Representative will work with management and senior sales representatives to learn and support sales objectives. This person will be responsible for developing and executing a territory sales plan, developing sales targets, coordinating sales efforts with strategic manufacturing and internal stakeholders to support the needs of medical practice clients.

This person will call on systems of care, IPA's and physician specialists including Neurologists, Gastroenterologists, Endocrinologists, Pulmonologists, Rheumatologists, Dermatologists and Cardiologists focusing on "BUY and BILL" infusion referrals. Candidate will participate in company sales training, planning, meetings and reporting as it relates to specialty medications and therapy management. The successful candidate will have a desire to be in sales and a proven track record of achieving results, building relationships, have customer focus, and can implement sales and marketing programs.

• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
• Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
• Encompasses the south Los Angeles area including Santa Monica, Torrance and San Pedro.

• Must be able to work along while receiving direction from multiple sources
• Must be articulate with desire to be in a client facing role
• Willingness and ability to travel within the territory
• Must live in the territory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:
Base $39,065.75 - $46,100.00 per year Total comp: $60 -$80K
