Compensation

Base Salary: $45k per year + commission. Existing commission $10k-$20k per year. No cap on commissions.

Bi-weekly pay structure.

Benefits include 401(k), paid time off, health insurance, and training.

Work Environment

Combination of office and field.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • 2 years B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • 1 year B2B cold calling experience (preferred)
  • Driver’s license (required)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and initiate contact with decision makers.
  • Promote services and products to prospects and clients.
  • Analyze market conditions and strategically improve company market position for financial growth.
  • Create and implement business development strategy to identify new opportunities.
  • Build customer relationships; negotiate and close business deals.
  • Research competition and generate potential leads.
  • Gather information on potential clients and build relationships.
  • Make sales pitches, negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth.
  • Maintain effective client relationships.
  • Conduct regular reviews to evaluate clients’ needs and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Meet prospecting, bidding, and sales goals at set intervals.
  • Create and deliver timely customer quotes.
  • Handle online queries about company products and services.
  • Build detailed knowledge of company products; receive training through classroom and field experience.
  • Provide education and customer service to partners and end users.
  • Meet customer needs, offer options, resolve problems, and follow up.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to enhance brand awareness and identify development potential.
  • Perform daily CRM entry and management.
  • Contact customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and interests.
  • Conduct business on approved devices (computer, phone, tablet).
  • Attend networking events.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to items listed above.
