Outbound Sales Executive - PL Industry

We’re hiring an Outbound-focused Account Executive to generate pipeline and close new accounts end-to-end. We are seeking someone with an existing lead book, though not strictly necessary. 60k starting, DOE in the 3PL space. Executives or MVPs — let us know what you think you're worth. Uncapped recurring commission for contract length.

• Focus on the customer and their needs.
• Conduct outbound campaigns to generate new business leads and expand client base within the logistics industry. Emails, calls, trade shows, etc.
• Engage in warm calling and follow-up with prospective clients to understand their logistics needs and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager to increase outreach effectiveness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our logistics services, industry trends, and competitors to position our offerings effectively.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, warm calling, and cold outreach strategies.
