• Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long‑term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training

• A natural communicator and closer
• Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling
• Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
• Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
• Align with Xplor’s core values and be a good human

This position is fully remote. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country and be able to be in the field region of their team.
